ERoofPro returns results up to 50 miles. It can increase the range to about 60 miles considering the distance from aerial view.

ERoofPro allows you to select three roofing contractors (maximum) in a single go for a particular address.

To add a new address into ERoofPro, follow these steps:

1. Log into your ERoofPro account.
2. On the ‘My Estimates’ screen, click on the ‘+’ sign at the top right.
3. Enter your credit card details.
4. Click on ‘+Add New Address’.
5. Enter your new address details and click ‘Add Address’.

ERoofPro shoulders the responsibility of selecting nearby contractors that meet the home owner’s requirements and of displaying the shortlisted contractors to the homeowner. The app allows the home owner to pick a maximum of three contractors, who then bid on the proposal. Once a contractor wins the bid, ERoofPro notifies both parties. Beyond this point, ERoofPro will no longer be in the picture; the success of the collaboration will depend on the two participating parties.

Two types of EagleView reports are available: Quick Square Report ($29.95) and Premium Report ($65.95). If a home owner selects Quick Square, the first report is free of cost.

• Home Owners: You’ll receive your first EagleView Quick Square Report at no cost. If you request a report on a new address or a Premium Report on the same address, you will be asked to enter your credit card details. A popup will open on the ERoofPro app where you can enter your card number, expiry date, and security code. After this, your credit card will be linked automatically.
• Roofing Contractors: You’ll be asked to enter your credit card details when you first receive a proposal on which you need to bid. A popup will open on the ERoofPro app where you can enter your card number, expiry date, and security code. After this, your credit card will be linked automatically.

When a home owner selects a contractor who doesn’t have the app installed, the latter receives a phone call from ERoofPro and an SMS containing new login details. Once logged in, they can make a bid on the proposal.

If your roof isn’t displayed when you enter your address, you can drag the pin to your exact location on the map. Your roof should still be in the vicinity of the location displayed when you entered your address. Once the pin is on your roof, click ‘Done’.

ERoofPro provides three different types of proposals: Good, Better, and Best. Each proposal has different specifications and prices, Good having the lowest price and Best having the highest.
